find your rich spot

How is your life today? Does it reflect that you are a child of God? Does it reflect the wealth of your heavenly Father? God said in Deuteronomy 28:3: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed in the field.”

There is what is called a rich place. God wants to take you to your own rich place. Once you’re in a place like this, you won’t wonder if you’ve found it. You will experience it when you are in the city and when you are in the country. It works everywhere. It works in the city and in the country. That is, whether you are a doctor, lawyer, schoolteacher, minister, businessman, or have some other vocation.

Do you remember that yesterday we talked about leaving everything for Jesus? You started to get out of the practices that God does not like. Why? God wants to take you to that place. You cannot win the world and win the Kingdom of God at the same time. One must fall. Genesis 12:1 says, “The Jehovah said to Abram: Leave your country, your family and your relatives and go to the land that I will show you.” God expects you to leave certain practices in life. That will be your expression of faith in Him. That is what Abraham did , so giving up certain things while obeying God will take you to the place that God has destined for you.

“You made men ride over our heads; we went through fire and water; but you brought us out to a place of wealth.” (Psalms 66:12).

You may have been through fire or water, but finally the Lord is bringing you to this wonderful place in Jesus Name. That is the place of abundance. It is God’s will that you get out of your financial bind. We do not serve a careless God. He doesn’t take you out of Egypt and throw you into a desert and then leave you there to die. The desert is just a path to your rich place. So don’t worry about what is happening in your life right now. You are passing through Never think that the desert is your destiny. Never think that you must die there. Nerd! Fix your eyes on your rich place. See God taking you through. Listen to him. obey him.

I believe that the next verse in Psalms is a prophetic word for the Body of Christ for this hour concerning finances.

Thou shalt rise, and have mercy on Zion: for the time to favor her, yea, the appointed time, has come. (Psalm 102:13). Note that Zion refers to the Church. God favors those who believe him.

When is the time to get up? The time is now. Don’t stay in the desert until you die. If you haven’t found your rich spot yet, get up now! Ask God to show you where or what your rich place is. He is a faithful God. He is always true to his Word. Therefore believe him and act according to his instructions. He will speak to you in the name of Jesus!

Blessings!
