How to make vegetarian fried balls

Being a vegetarian is not easy. A person may not prefer this type of diet as menu preparation alone may not be that simple. But people don’t know that being a vegetarian is not that complicated because you can experiment with different menus in various ways. One is the preparation and cooking of vegetarian fried balls.

Here are the steps for you to cook and taste delicious and healthy yet affordable vegetarian fried meatballs.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and materials.

Vegetarian balls:

1/2 size cabbage
2 pieces of carrots
2 pieces spring onion
1 piece of onion
2 eggs
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of water
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil or other type of oil as desired

Dip:

1/4 cup vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Hot pepper (if you prefer hot)

Materials:

Small and medium mixing bowls
Pan
Measuring spoon or can be a regular teaspoon/teaspoon
plastic gloves
strainer

2. Chop the cabbage, carrots, spring onions and onions into very small cubes. Set aside.

3. In a small bowl, beat the eggs until no sediment remains.

4. Place the flour in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in beaten egg and water until mixture thickens. Make sure there are no unmixed flour sediments.

5. In the mixture, lay out all the chopped vegetables.
