What are my top 3 exercise tips to burn the most calories and lose belly fat?

1. Tip: Machines give you the comfortable and safe way to burn fat! However, machines are not as effective as free weights. Basic exercises with free weights, such as squares, chin-ups, deadlifts, cleans and presses, will stimulate more muscles than machines, even if the movement is performed through the same range of motion. So if possible, work with free weights instead of machines, basic exercises with free weights burn the most calories and are the best exercises to lose belly fat.

2. Tip: abdominal exercises are the best exercise to lose belly fat! Not quite! Abdominal exercises are not the best exercises to lose belly fat, not even the best exercises to lose belly fat! Yes, it can improve your abdominal muscles, but it is a very ineffective exercise to lose abdominal fat, because you are working with the smaller muscles of the body! The bigger the muscle and the number of muscles working together, which in turn burns the more calories and more belly fat!

3. Tip – Regular aerobic exercise burns more fat! That is partially true. Doing a long, slow aerobic session (30-60 min.) will burn the most stored fat. But there is a big downside to regular aerobic exercise. Your body will easily adapt to the same workout, which in turn will cause you to burn fewer calories with each exposure. Instead, try some interval cardio. Your body will not adapt and it will be a much more effective way to burn calories than regular boring aerobic exercise.

Toggles the intensity between high and low. For example 5min running, 2min walking, 5min running, 2min resting. That will make your training more interesting and you can always decide what suits you best. Now, for the best combination of exercises that burns the most calories, I recommend that you add some strength training exercises into your interval cardio routine if possible, such as 10 minutes on the treadmill, 2 minutes rest, 3 squat exercises, 2 minute rest, etc. You will double the results and boost your resting metabolism after the exercise routine. Imagine burning more calories when you’re watching TV!
