1: Put the noodles in the pot with boiling water and boil for several minutes. Then remove and rinse with cold water; Tips: Add some salt and salad oil when it boils so that the noodles won’t stick together easily.

2: Heat the pot, for a little oil and spread it in the bottom of the pot. Add the egg, then remove from the pot when done.

3: Add sections of green onion, bok choy, chives, shredded beef, and sauté all together. Then put them into the boiled noodles and stir-fry them together for a short time.

6. Add the noodles and dried chilies or chili sauce on them.

7. Add salt, soy sauce, at the same time, always stir the noodles.

8. Pour the egg liquid into the pot and it will stick with the noodles, and then stir often. This dish is done. It is preferable to add a little chopped chives.
